SPONSORSHIP POLICIES AND INFORMATION

NOTICE: Please read the Sponsorship Policies and Information set forth below, which are legally binding. By submitting payment for any sponsorship with BSidesICS/OT, you agree to be bound by these Sponsorship Policies and Information and our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.


BSidesICS/OT, https://bsidesics.org, which is operated by BSidesICS Surfside (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers sponsorship opportunities in connection with its events and related activities, subject to the following Sponsorship Policies and Information. The term "you" refers to any sponsor, representative, or entity that submits payment for sponsorship with the Company ("Sponsor").

REFUND & DISPUTE POLICY

All sponsorship payments are non-refundable once payment has been processed.


Refunds are issued only if the event is cancelled by the Company. If the event is rescheduled, sponsorship payments will not be refunded and will instead apply to the rescheduled event.


If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at info@bsidesics.org before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing concerns.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Sponsors may cancel their participation in writing at any time. However, because sponsorship benefits are reserved and allocated upon confirmation, sponsorship fees remain non-refundable.
